As of today, AOL is publishing SPF records for aol.com. This is great news indeed for SPF and it’s creator Meng Weng Wong. In the previous week, 3% of the spam delivered to the Origin of Spam spam traps had forged aol.com senders.
I’ve been critical of SPF in the past, but I have to say; for me, widespread adoption would make up for a lot of the shortcomings of the draft.
